Pinewood is located along the bluffs of the Missouri River near Bismarck, North Dakota. From here, we overlook the historic stretch of the river where Lewis & Clark wintered on their journey. It's fitting that our breed of choice
is the Appaloosa.

Novellty, OH 44072
Breeders of quality Appaloosa horses carrying the best foundation bloodlines, including Chief Chelsea, Prince Plaudit, Top Hat H, and Dreamfinder. He is one of the last foals sired by this great stallion. Our horses also carry the line of the QH King and the Thoroughbred line of Nasrullah, the grand sire of Secretariat. We stand two stallions for breeding to approved mares and will breed our mares to our stallion if there is a request for a foal. Our senior stallion, DC Reoccuring Dream, was sired by Dreamfinder. Our junior stallion, Dreams Desert Knight was sired by DC Reoccuring Dream and is out of our foundation mare, Cheyenne Rizngstar H. He has twice won the Appaloosa Horse Club Master Award in Halter (Best in the World in open shows). He also has points in Western Pleasure. He is a beautiful bay leopard with a great disposition, very refined head, and outstanding conformation. We are a small operation whose goal is to preserve foundation blood lines as well as produce the highest quality all around people friendly Appaloosa horses.
