We are a 501(c) 3 organization and operate solely on donations and with assistance of volunteer workers. We also offer hippo therapy with a licensed physical therapist. Our instructors are certified by North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA), and we are a NARHA Center. Benefits of therapeutic riding include improved balance, coordination, sense of direction, communication, strength, flexibility, posture, muscle control, patience, concentration, self discipline, social interaction, trusting abilities, circulation, fine motor skills, self control, respiration, and increased self esteem.
