Full service facility with barn and corral stalls.

Prices are per horse, per month, as of Nov 2010.

Barn Stalls with Runs (includes shavings):
$450.00 - Stalls are 12'x12' with 12'x20' pipe corral runs.

Covered Pipe Corrals:
$400.00 - For corrals in rear of barn
$350.00 - For corrals near the arena runs
*Both corrals have runs that are either 18'x20' or 12'x32' with cover.

Board includes:
- Access to the entire facility, including: lighted arena, lighted roundpen, washrack with warm water, crossties in barn, hitching rail, tack room, and office (with bathroom)
- Timothy hay weighed and fed 2 times per day and hay pellets; Grain for nutritional maintenance
- Automatic waterers
- Salt blocks
- Cleaning of stall / run
- Fly control
- Individual turn out at least three (3) times per week
- Maintaining health records, including veterinarian care, worming records, and farrier records
- Scheduling and assisting the veterinar
