One of Alaska's oldest horseback riding groups - established in 1958. Activities include trail riding, scavenger hunts, and poker rides. Equifest event each spring - this year May 16, 2009, Chamberlin Equestrian Center, 3900 Abbott Rd., Anchorage - with sales vendors, competitions, breed parade, pony rides, face painting, food vendors, riding demonstrations, and more. The club is not horse-show oriented. We ride in beautiful Alaskan scenery. A friendly group. Monthly meetings year-round. Children welcome, accompanied by adults. You need not own a horse to enjoy the events and participate in get-togethers and campouts.

Stalls and paddocks cleaned 2x/day. We feed 1st quality timothy hay, grain, and Millennium Gold vitamins 2x/day. Special diets if needed. TLC and safe handling at all times. Temporary boarders welcome. $475/month (as of Oct 2010).
