Nightly and weekly layovers for horses. 7 indoor matted stalls (11x12 & 11x16), 3 open air/panel stalls (12x12) under shelter. 6 large turnout pens. 45x96 covered arena. Round pen. Paved road in rural setting. Wash rack. Owners live on site. Hay and shavings available.

3 minutes from Blair, NE. 15 minutes from I29 @ Missouri Valley exit. 20 minutes from I680 at Omaha. 2 miles from Hwy 30 and 1.2 mile from Hwy 91. Close to Blair which has many restaurants and motels. WalMart coming by January 2012. Walgreens, Washco Feed, and Bomgaars.

If you have a really large rig, you need to be able to maneuver it well to get through the gate. Smaller or medium size rigs are no problem. With really large rigs, it is ok to unload on the road and lead horses the short distance to the barn. This road is NOT heavily traveled.
