Welcome to Shannon Trails, a 100 acre family owned and operated horse boarding farm since the early 70's. We have miles of private, groomed trails with cross-country jumps. There is an indoor arena. We also have an outdoor riding arena with sprinklers, lights, sound systems, and mirrors. We have a new jumping arena, wash stall and wash pad. We work with several trainers, specializing in Parelli, dressage, western, and hunter/jumper. Round pen for free-lunging. There is free trailer storage on the property. Individual tack lockers. Our qualified staff has over 20 years experience. We offer blanket, fly mask, fly spray, and halter services. Horses are turned out in large fields or private paddocks. We offer unlimited use of our indoor arena and trails, which provides the perfect place to ride no matter what the weather. Also included is daily stall cleaning of our well lit, open, and airy 12x12 stalls, handling for vet and farrier, quality local cut hay 4 times a day, 24 hour watch, blanketing/booting, and a knowledgeable staff to help you with any equine problem you may have.

Enjoy fresh air and breath taking scenery when you come explore the trails at Charmingfare Farm. All levels of riding ability are encouraged to come enjoy this experience.

Before heading out onto the trails, all riders are given the opportunity to get acquainted with their horse. During this time, our trail guides makes sure every rider is comfortable, confident, and prepared for the trails.

Our picturesque trail rides pass through pasture meadows with grazing livestock and travel along old logging roads into the forest far away from the modern world. Once in the forest, riders have spotted native coyotes, fox, and wild turkeys; some guests have even been fortunate enough to see a moose. Be sure to bring a camera.
