Beautiful hilltop views in every direction. 20 minutes from the 91fwy, 15fwy and 215fwy. People who comes here absolutely love it! Large stalls (24' x 24' or larger), stalls, arena, round-pen, and turn-outs all drain extremely well during the rainy season; two 60' round-pens (one is lighted), lighted arena, turn-outs, wash area, tack room, individual tack rooms, restroom, top quality feed, orchard grass, feed 3 times a day, bunk house for overnight stays with your horse (no extra charge), and 800+ acre wildlife preserve just up the road. Lessons taught in western and English. Natural horsemanship training available. Horses started, boarding, and breeding. Owners raise very rare hypoallergenic American Bashkir Curly horses.
