Products and services combined with testimony and scripture. My prayer is to minister to horse lovers and sell products so we will someday have the ranch we have been praying for - a ranch where I can teach people to minister to horsemen/women through demonstrations with problem horses.

Alpha Natural Horsemanship
Calgary AB T2V3Z2
alphanaturalhorsemanship@gmail.com

Located in Calgary, I will travel to your location and start horses with Natural Horsemanship methods. Owner participation, including a watchful eye, is encouraged and highly recommended. I use a gentle approach, and the objective of the training is to end up with a safe, calm, dependable horse that will willingly do what we ask it to do, when we ask it to do it. I believe in establishing a solid foundation on a horse; like the foundation under a house, it must be solid and correct and is essential to avoid riding problems. It also helps in solving difficulties should they arise. A solid foundation includes softness in all movements of a horse. I start horses from the ground up. Ground training and round pen work prepares a horse for work under saddle by teaching them to relax and to respond when pressure is applied. The result is a horse that is a willing partner.

Augontar Dressage - Marie Domke-DeWitt
Ortonville, MI 48462
(248) 840-0795
marie@augontardressage.com

Marie has over twenty-five years experience coaching students. She trains and coaches horse and rider from ground up through FEI (and across disciplines).

Marie was trained by the late Major Robert Borg, an Olympic veteran who both coached and rode-on the Olympic dressage team for the US in the 1948-1956 Olympics. Major Borg's accomplishments include obtaining the highest placing to date for the US in dressage, securing the team silver medal.

Marie had the rare opportunity to work under the daily tutelage of Major Borg and was classically trained through the judicious application of effective methodology. By these clear, simple, and yet concise methods, the horse is kept relaxed, happy, and correctly forward thinking in his training.

Marie's aim is to develop the partnership between horse and rider, with a focus on the athletic development of the horse for long term physical and mental soundness as it moves up the training scale.
