Lupin Farm is a small family farm and non-competitive facility offering quality pasture board for your equine best friend, child's pony, and even the retiree.

Our facility will boast BRAND NEW fencing, rail and electric polyrope, salt blocks in every paddock, free choice water and hay, daily feeding (if you choose to bring your own feed, we're happy to feed it!), paddocks walked minimum of weekly to ensure safety and cleanliness, secure tackroom for equipment storage, dry and secure grain storage area, well-drained paddocks, paddock rotation system to ensure pasture quality, lots of on-property riding area, heritage trails, a 5 minute horse ride down the street for miles of off road hacking, blanket on/off, and check.

There is also a large barn to be renovated for future stall-boarding, with large aisles to tack-up your horse in, positionable field shelters to be built, and a good size outdoor riding ring.

Welcome to Mystery Acres Farm,

We are located 15 mins. north of Stouffville and just north east of Newmarket in the small, peaceful town of Mount Albert. We are a family run horse facility. We live and work on the property, so you can rest assured that your horse has the best care and will not be left alone.

We are offering full and pasture board. We also have a few horses of our own for part board if you are interested. We have a large indoor arena and sand ring and also have miles of trails on the property if you want to get a peaceful couple of hours on the trails in the back of our farm. We are not a show barn and welcome both English and Western riders. If you are looking for a nice place to come and enjoy your horse and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the place for you.
