Large stalls (24' x 24' or larger), stalls, arena, round-pen, and turn-outs all drain extremely well during the rainy season; two 60' round-pens (one is lighted), lighted arena, turn-outs, wash area, tack room, individual tack rooms, restroom, top quality feed, orchard grass, feed 3 times a day, bunk house for overnight stays with your horse (no extra charge), and 800+ acre wildlife preserve just up the road.
