Private horse property in West Newbury has stalls available (as of Jan 2011). Located 1.5 miles from Interstate 95. Owner lives on premises; quality food and care. Full Board $475.00 (as of Jan 2011). Horses are fed 3x a day. Individual 365/24/7 turnout; in/out setup. Rubber mats and heated water buckets. Also have a live-in situation available for the right candidate.

We take in Standardbred horses to board with us. The rent is $150.00 per month for rough board (as of Jun 2009). A 1/2 mile track is provided, as well as hot & cold water for baths. Stalls are about 10' by 12'.

No smoking in barn, no goats, and all dogs must be tied. Track closed by 1 pm for maintenance. References recommended.
