Horses are fed 2x daily and offered quality free-choice coastal hay. Amenities include a barn, 50' round pen, a large sand arena with barrels and jumps provided, and 11-jump event course. The property also has an extensive network of secluded trails through the woods. 40 adjacent acres are easily accessed for more trail riding. Coggins and worming included in rate.
