We have stalls w/runs, box stalls, stalls w/paddocks, private paddocks w/shelters, and shared paddocks w/shelters. Overnights available for traveling horses w/proof of current vaccinations and Coggins. Selective daily haul-ins. Trainers for beginner children and adults through advanced in western pleasure, hunt seat, hunter/jumper, saddle seat, and lower level dressage. Horse training available as well in all disciplines. Horses with absentee owners or out-of-state owners welcome. Riding access to the Poudre River Trail System. Great close-in location. Perfect for CSU students w/horses.

Summer horseback riding, mountain hiking, seasonal white-water rafting, jeep trips, trout fishing, bicycles, a game of pool, a ping pong table, horseshoes, or enjoying a book on a sunny porch. The Jacuzzi is a great place to relax after a long day in the saddle or hiking.
Winter activities include horseback riding, murder mystery games, and family reunions.
The ranch also offers a variety of options for hosting a small group retreats, seminars, or conferences.
The ranch has 7 lodge or cabin suites, all beautifully appointed with a western theme. Some cabins have bunk beds for the kids, and cribs are available. Each suite has a private bath, coffee service, refrigerator, clock radio, and daily housekeeping. One suite is wheelchair friendly.
Hearty western meals are served family style.
