Anderson's Promise Land, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic horse riding for people with disabilities at no cost. Riders must provide a doctor's referral and, for safety purposes, weigh less than 180 pounds. Promise Land is open the first of April and has two riding session on Mondays and Thursdays.

The Barking Dog Ranch legend started in the 1930's, and today consists of 33 beautiful rolling acres just 15 miles south of Pine Bluff in the community of Woodlawn. We have extensive riding trails through varied terrain, a 60 foot training circle, and a barrel practice area, and we offer both pasture board and stall board with pricing based on the size of your horse and any special needs. We have several instructors with experience ranging from barrel racing to show, and we can arrange weekly lessons and a student program year round for children to adults.
