The InBalance team provides EAP and EAL for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Areas of specialization include relationship enhancement, depression and anxiety, trauma and addictions, family dynamics, adolescent development, anger management, learning and behavioral problems, personal enrichment, team building, and staff development. At InBalance, growth is adventure, and effective change comes from the core. Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Interactive Learning are experiential, holistic (hands on, mind, body, spirit) forms of learning that help participants increase self-awareness, work through emotional blocks, and gain powerful tools for change.
