For the past 20 years, Brandywine has been meeting the needs of horse owners and riders in Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, and surrounding counties in North Carolina. Brandywine Springs South Stables offers quality and affordable boarding, lessons, training, and leases for riders and horses of all levels and skills. We offer knowledgeable instruction, attention, and care, and a wide variety of services for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced rider. Brandywine is primarily known for beginner through advanced hunter-jumper lessons, but basic dressage and western are also available.

Facilities:
- Ten acres of green pasture
- Three acre pond with riding trail
- Twenty-five acres of wooded riding trails
- Enclosed four stall barn (12x12 stalls)
- Outside wash bay
- Indoor tack room / lounge with sink (H&C) / restroom
- Lighted stalls / barn aisle / perimeter of barn
- Run-in shed
- 75x175 arena
- Lovely property with a peaceful atmosphere!

Full Board: $350/mo (as of Oct 2010)
- Personal stall provided, cleaned twice daily and re-bedded when needed
- Grain fed twice daily (owner provides grain)
- Fresh water daily
- Hay fed at owners request
- Personalized turnout schedule
- Blanketing / fly spraying according to season (owner provides blanket / fly spray)
- Rotational de-worming provided.

Pasture Board: $150/mo (as of Oct 2010)

- Horse will be on full turnout. Hay will be provided in pasture as needed. Salt/mineral blocks provided. Horses checked on daily.
