It's time to visit one of Raleigh's best kept secrets, The Phillips Farm, a modern 35 stall equestrian facility nestled on 83 picturesque acres of rolling hillsides located just minutes from downtown Raleigh, NC. Our facility is family-owned and operated. We provide a quiet, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere for horse enthusiasts. Our horses are cared for in a clean, well-maintained environment. We have 12x12 matted stalls, 2 large indoor wash stalls, and 2 tack rooms. Our 150x250 outdoor arena has excellent lighting and good footing. We also have a 60' round pen and private trails for our boarders. Horses are turned out in small groups each day, weather permitting. Private turnout is available. Horse trailer parking is provided at no additional cost. We provide full board care for $460 a month (as of Feb 2011). This includes a quality grain fed twice daily and hay supplied by a trusted, local grower. We supplement our pastures with round bales as needed. We also offer private lessons.

Pine Feather Farm, LLC is a privately owned Friesian farm based in Acton, Massachusetts with an additional training facility in Pepperell, Massachusetts. We concentrate on breeding and training the best of Friesian horses officially approved by FHANA, the Friesian Horse Association of North America. FHANA is the only association recognized by the FPS, the Dutch Friesian Association. All of our horses are officially registered with FHANA and the FPS.

Pine Feather Farm Friesians are bred for movement, conformation, and temperament. We strive to select great bloodlines offering only the best Friesian horses.

Many of our horses compete on the National and World Championship levels. Check out our news & events page for complete details! In 2007, at the FHANA World Championships, we competed in three different divisions. The outcome was great with presentations of the World Saddleseat, Jr. Saddleseat, and Huntseat Champtionships. We look forward to another sucessful year.
