Sande Performance Horses is an extravagantly large, first-class facility twenty minutes NW of Portland offering horse boarding, lessons and training services. Amenities include 24-hour care, warm-water wash racks, automatic waters, three turnout pastures, tack/supplement storage, inclusion in the vaccination and shoeing program, and unrestricted access to the 80x175, covered, dust-free arena. The separate stall barn is accented with large windows, cobblestone and wrought iron, offering 40 - 125 sq. foot, rubber-matted stalls.

Trainers Doug and Marlene Sande have owned and operated the facility for 25 years and have an extremely high standard of care. Experienced instructors offer English and Western riding lessons to students of all ages, and the stable is soon welcoming the Healing Hands Center for Handicapped Riding.
