Bachman Academy's summer horse camp is for kids ages 9-15 who are beginning riders wanting to learn basic horsemanship, horse safety (helmets provided), mechanics, control, and horse care. Camp instructor Kody Russell is a CHA Level 4 instructor, an American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) professional horseman, and a National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) judge. Camp is five days, Monday-Friday. There is limited space available, so call today!

Bachman Academy's Rider Certification Clinic & Camp is an overnight camp for young men and women (ages 10-20) riders who wish to become certified riders in Levels 1-4. The clinic instructor, Kody Russell, is a Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) Level 4 Instructor, an American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) professional horseman, and a National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) judge. The rider clinic, held each morning, focuses on the CHA rider certification curriculum. Afternoons and evenings are filled with typical camp activities like equine arts, crafts, and activities, including hiking, camping, swimming, archery, group activities, and games. The Rider Clinic & Camp is located on the Bachman Academy campus on 210 acres of wooded and rolling farmland 20 miles north of Chattanooga and just 20 minutes away from the Cherokee National Forest and the Ocoee River.
