- 22 12 x 12 or 12 x 14 matted stalls
- 200 x 90 indoor ring
- 300 x 300 grass outdoor jump course with Derby style fences
- 5/8 mile blue stone track
- Bridle paths to hack on or hack to Cedarville State Park
- Outdoor dressage ring
- On-site trainer
- Stalls cleaned twice a day
- Grain: AM & PM
- Hay: AM, Noon, PM & at closing of the barn (Premium Grass & Alfalfa)
- Feeds are Ultium, Athlete, & Low Starch
- Bran Mash every Sunday evening!
- Water & feed buckets are cleaned as needed
- Turnout (private & semi private)
- Blanketing / Unblanketing (during winter)
